Beginning to feel a lot like Christmas

On a day when you both start marmalade...



and make cedar garland Christmas decorations it begins to feel a lot like Christmas.

Tree work

We just had some tree work done around the longhouse. Two snags came down, also the cedar on our west end got a massive trim, which lets a lot more light into the house. Thank goodness.




Now we need to clean up a lot of dead wood, erm, not so fun.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving! There was snow, family, friends, and an over abundance of dogs. So, so much to be thankful for.
