Just because

Popcorn...

One of Max and Rhona's favorite things is to make and eat a batch of popcorn. This activity, the eating anyway, can keep those two quiet, happy and independent for a long time. And what do I do with my few minutes of peace? Dishes? Move the laundry along? No, no, I sit and gawp adoringly at them taking far too many pictures.

Purple sweaters abound

Rhona and I are both enjoying new hand knit purple sweaters. Ro's came in the mail from Granny Sheila with a matching hat no less. 

Mine is fresh off of my own needles, and suffering from being photographed on a self timer, alas. It is really tempting to wear them both on the same day, but that may be too much matchy matchy for good taste.
