A pie of a different crust


The Moosewood cookbook by Mollie Katzen is really so amazing. I've been falling into it more and more lately. Tonight I made cauliflower cheese pie, but rather than a flour based pie crust it calls for shredded potato. I'd never heard of such a thing, but it was delicious.
