peach jam

Purchased at Louisville Farmer's Market this Saturday; grown on Colorado's Western Slope. Yum


There was so much slicing; sixteen peaches is an awful lot.





My makeshift canner is a pressure cooker and a flat bottomed steamer basket.


Done and delicious.


This is a really nice way to spend a Saturday.
It's a pectin free recipe, best to use a spoon.
