Planter boxes, erm, drawers

I went to the Re Store here in Bellingham today. Wow, that place is heaven. I wasn't planning on buying, but found these two mismatched drawers ($2 each, how could I not??) and decided I had to make planter boxes out of them.


I made sure there was plenty of drainage. (Ya, those holes are bigger than they look.)


This one has spicy salad mix, maybe my favorite thing to grow.


The small brown one has zucchini seeds, and the pails have Walla Walla onion starts.


Yum, yum, yum. I'm so excited to the real joy of gardening: eating!
