Two heaping table spoons of honeydew melon, muddled
Juice from 1 squeezed lime
4 oz tonic
4 oz gin
simple syrup to taste (I used honey rather than sugar to make mine)
I didn't mix with ice because it was warm enough to enjoy a cool cocktail, but only just.
Sounds yummy! I'm just wondering how you muddle a honeydew melon though - tell it it's a canteloupe?? Ho ho!
